With over a decade of experience spanning psychodynamic therapy, trauma systems, and elite psychometric assessment, Enrique has become a leading voice for a new standard in mental health: one rooted not in diagnosis, but in identity realignment.

Before founding elevate.epo, Enrique advised global brands like Honda, Apple, and Medtronic on behavioral segmentation and market psychology—translating raw human data into strategic emotional design. He later brought that same insight to the clinical realm, guiding clients across neurodivergence, eating disorders, and personality fragmentation back into regulated, high-performing states. His work has helped clients dissolve performative self-narratives, confront core splits, and re-integrate identity through calibrated therapeutic confrontation—always delivered from embodied calm.

Enrique’s background spans elite research, athletic coaching, trauma-informed clinical training, and startup brand strategy. He built Arteaga Associates, Inc from scratch while parenting two sons full-time, merging real-world discipline with emotional intelligence.
