How I Built the Framework
From field rant to founder doctrine.
One day in the lab, I scrawled out a theory like a man possessed. It was raw, barely legible, part manifesto and part method. At the time, I didn’t know it would become the backbone of elevate.epo©.
But looking back—it was the moment everything snapped into place.
The Core of My Method Is Simple. But It’s Not Gentle.
The traditional mental health system is bloated with procedural fluff and depersonalized jargon. What I needed—what my clients needed—was a way to get in, get under, and get out with precision.
What emerged was a triadic psychological system built from live field application, psychoanalytic theory, and real-world results.
I call it the EPO Core Stack©. And it's designed to rewire people.
✦ Phase 1: Autonomy Dialectic Tracking (ADT)
Every session starts with observation. Not passive listening—forensic decoding. Using ADT principles, I immediately scan for behavioral cues, verbal-emotional leakage, and microstructure anomalies. From here, I determine where the client falls on the NCP Axis: Neurotic, Chaotic, or Psychotic.
This tells me exactly how to approach the mind in front of me.
This is triage for the psyche. And it happens in seconds.
✦ Phase 2: Lacanian Personality Development (LPD)
Once the structure is ID’d, I dig into the client’s historical mirror. Not just what happened, but how it got integrated. We move through early emotional memory, external validation loops, and internalized symbolic trauma.
From that, I build what I call the Boundary Regime—a modern update to Lacan’s “Name of the Father.” It maps the client's impulse control, identity elasticity, and ego borders.
This is where we find the real breaks in containment.
✦ Phase 3: Jungian Defense Analysis (PDA)
Now we look at defenses—not as pathology, but as data. Projection. Dissociation. Projective Identification. All catalogued. All reframed. My aim is to move the client from ego-syntonic pathology (“this is just who I am”) to ego-dystonic insight (“this no longer serves me”).
That shift opens the door to transformation.
This is psychoanalysis without the chaise lounge or the pretense.
✦ Final Integration: Behavioral Firewalls
I don’t stop at insight. Once the client’s Thought Regime (PTR) is mapped, we install cognitive firewalls.
DBT skills? Weaponized for identity restoration.
CBT tools? Modified to intercept pathological intuition.
Liberation techniques? Rooted in Lacan’s RSI model and Jouissance calculus—satisfaction vs self-destruction.
We don’t just reframe thoughts. We restructure the entire system.
What It Treats
The EPO Core Stack© isn’t for fragile egos or diagnostic tourism.
It’s for real operators who are tired of burnout, masking, and cycles they can’t name.
It effectively treats:
Executive burnout masked as high-functioning anxiety
Performance-based identity collapse (esp. post-breakup or business failure)
Eating disorders with embedded maternal trauma
Narcissistic and borderline behavioral clusters, ego-syntonic styles
Creative blocks stemming from symbolic trauma or erotic repression
Founder’s Note
I wrote the first version of this system during a week of nonstop sessions. No sleep. No filters. Just pattern recognition on fire.
Since then, I’ve built a company, launched a platform, and documented transformations that prove this works.
But it started as a rant.
And that’s how you know it’s real.
